We will connect through our stories, we will witness the wonders of creation. Participants, guide, creation and nature, will form a relationship that feels warm to the heart, feeling relaxed, feeling touched, feeling alive and connected. I have experienced the powerful healing benefits of a creative practice combined with a nature relationship to transform my past traumas and heal my body with autoimmune disease (In combination with professional help).
